Audience:
The intended audience for Encompass presentations is the IS professional within Compaq's customers base who has or is interested in Compaq-related products, services and technologies. Sessions should be presented as if you are educating your installed base customers and enhancing their knowledge and understanding of your software or products. Training is focused to enhance our customers technical abilities. The information exchange is "technical" not "sales and marketing" nor "product positioning".
Review your submission data:
- Ensure information sent is correct and updated to the specific submission data you have submitted at scheduling.
- Session Notes materials must conform to the standards outlined in the Session Notes Submission Guidelines
- Encompass prefers electronic material to be PC Format in Microsoft PowerPoint 95/97 or Microsoft Word 95/97 for all Session Notes submitted.
Seminars Handout Materials
All seminars handout must be camera ready hard copies. Please include seminar title if known and presenter name. Seminar Handouts will be printed black and white only. See "Session Notes Materials - Content Template" below.
