Abstract: Following is a brief summary of highlights:

• VTOUTPUT - Permits users to easily compose ASCII character strings and VT-1XX escape sequences for output to terminals, to files, and to DCL symbols.
• CHARACTER - Allows users to compose crude drawings using characters (or parts thereof) of the various character sets in a VT-1XX terminal.
