Registration Deadline: Friday, May 21, 1999

In order to take advantage of early registration rates, please submit your registration to the DECUS '99/Providence office postmarked by May 21, 1999.

After May 21, 1999 on site fees will apply

DECUS Seminars

Saturday-Sunday June 12-13, 1999

DECUS ‘99/Providence will be offering full-day Seminars, one half-day seminar and one two-part seminar.

Full-Day Seminars:
Saturday and Sunday, June 12 - 13, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Half-Day Seminar:
Sunday from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Part I & II Seminars:
Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 A.M. to Noon.

Transfer after May 28, 1999 will take place on-site.

Cancellations made by phone prior to May 28, 1999 are subject to $100 cancellation charge. Please be sure to wait for your cancellation number. No refunds will be issued after May 28, 1999 and your registration fee is forfeited. All unpaid balances are subject to collection, including purchase order registrations.
