Transfer after September 25, 1998 will take place on-site.
Cancellations made by phone prior to Septmeber 25, 1998 are subject to $100 cancellation charge.
Please be sure to wait for your cancellation number. No refunds will be issued after September 25, 1998
and your registration fee is forfeited. All unpaid balances are subject to collection,
including purchase order registrations.
